· The problem
Recruitment agencies run their whole business across spreadsheets, inboxes and a patchwork of point tools. There's no single system that holds jobs, candidates, the hiring pipeline and the analytics to see what's actually working.
· What I built
A full applicant-tracking system for B2B recruitment: jobs, candidates and configurable hiring pipelines in one place, with AI-assisted candidate matching and built-in pipeline analytics — a production platform agencies run their desks on.
· How I built it
- 01Node + Express + PostgreSQL backend modelling jobs, candidates and pipeline stages with clean relational integrity.
- 02AI-assisted matching that ranks candidates against a role's requirements.
- 03Pipeline analytics — conversion by stage, ageing, source — built into the workflow, not bolted on.
- 04Next.js front end with role-based access for agency teams.
