Productivity apps are infinitely configurable, so they end up holding everything and meaning nothing. What was missing was a fixed-shape daily plan with real accountability — one that makes you write the day down and face it.

· What I built

A native macOS app built around a fixed-shape daily Day Plan, plus habits, focus sessions, goals and an identity layer that ties today's actions to who you're trying to become. A personal operating system for daily commitments — built in public for the discipline of shipping it.

· How I built it
  1. 01Native SwiftUI on macOS 14+ — a real Mac app, not a web wrapper.
  2. 02A deliberately fixed daily structure so the plan can't sprawl into a backlog.
  3. 03Habits, focus sessions and goals tied to an identity layer.
